Lana Jewellery reviews returns on a case-by-case basis. Our pieces are mostly handmade to order, please consider this when you make your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify me within 7 days of your delivery at email@example.com or (416) 500-6027 – a return will be arranged for select pieces only*. The customer is responsible for return shipping and any applicable duty costs. Refunds are issued within 7-14 business days once the order has arrived back at our address, and if the piece is in its original, new condition and packaging.

*Select pieces that are non-refundable include: jewellery that is monogrammed/engraved or customized, or jewellery that has been worn.
